  • We offer various types of venue hire packages at Totoka.
  • All are detailed within this section, select the ‘tabs’ above, to see the detailed inclusions (opened tab will be white).
  • ELOPE packages (2) are specifically for those wishing for a boutique ceremony for maximum 8 guests (excluding couple, celebrant and photographer).
  • SHINDIG packages are for ceremonies, receptions and corporate event hire for maximum 40 guests.

  • WEEKDAYS ONLY – 2hr venue hire + inclusions below = $798 
  • Excludes public holidays.
  • MAX. 8 guests at ceremony.
  • 11am-1pm hire of Totoka.
  • 11am arrive/11:30am ceremony/11:45am photos & coffee,tea,drinks/1pm departure.
  • Totoka Chaperones (2) assisting with parking, welcoming guests and preparation/serving of drinks outside Coffee Roastery.
  • Photos include use of homestead private gardens.
  • Drinks included: coffee, tea, chocolate, soda water, iced water. BYO anything else.
  • LIVE piano music from coffee roastery for arrival (20mins) and drinks (12-1pm).
  • ‘ITI’: ambulant/unisex bathroom with a toilet, handbasin, mirror.
  • Totoka will setup/pack up of ceremony, which includes chairs for guests.
  • Set up/pack up of drinks area and all dishes.
  • 1.5hr planning session with Adrianne (owner) on site, prior to special day.

  • WEEKDAYS = $1388
  • WEEKENDS/PUBLIC HOLIDAYS = $1588
  • MAX. 8 guests at ceremony.
  • 1x night BUNGALOW (post ceremony). ALL INCLUSIONS of standard Bungalow applicable.
  • 2 hour ceremony ANYTIME between hours of 2pm-9pm with inclusions below…
  • Guests arrive/15min ceremony/1.45hrs photos & coffee,tea,drinks/Guests depart 2hrs after arrival and couple stay the night in private Bungalow.

  • Totoka packages are for ceremonies with receptions, special occasion celebrations or corporate event hire of Totoka for up to 8hrs AND including a nights accomodation in our bungalows for 2 people.
